		To View Ben's conversations and prayers on this site, you must select your Internet connection speed. Choose LOW if you connect to the Internet with a dial up modem connection or HIGH if you connect via DSL or Cable Modem. The browser you use must accept plug-ins. The site has been designed to be viewed with either Netscape or Internet Explorer and is also compatible with AOL. Most of the media plays in either Real Player or Windows Media Player and you have the option to choose which format you would like to use to view the media. Others will play in Real Player only. In any case, the player is embedded in the page so you will not need to download the viewer if it is not on your computer. Help us keep the site working well.
